Founded in 1996 with the goal of providing assistance to the increasing number of Spanish-speaking immigrant workers arriving in Sussex County, La Esperanza has evolved into the only
multi-service nonprofit organization in southern Delaware dedicated to providing support, advocacy, and services to assist in the assimilation and advancement of Hispanic communities.
